2003-2004 5.9L Cummins 305HP SILVER BULLET 62/80 350-650HP
Seller's notes: I ran this turbo on my 2004.5 Dodge Cummins 325HP and it was a breeze to install and the best turbo I've ever run period for the Cummins Commin rail diesel truck. We still use this truck every day for pulling up to 20k + pounds with ease and still makes 20 MPG not loaded on the highway. This turbo also keeps our EGT's really low.
The combo on the truck I mentioned above is: Silver 62, 100hp USAFD Injectors, 5" Stainless magnaflow Exhaust, CFM+ Intake Manifold, AFE Mega Cannon Intake filter kit, Smarty Tuner works the best on it although I've used other brands, and last but not least a Fass Fuel 150gph fuel system. This makes 600+hp.
One of the best combos is: Silver Bullet 66/80 Smarty Pod, 5" Exhaust, AFE OR S&B Air Intake, CFM+ intake manifold, 100HP USAFD Injectors, And Industial Injection 33% or 85% Cp3 Pump. If you are not doing heavy towing and are going all out performance I would highly recamend the Silver Bullet 66/80 good for over 800+hp I also have this availble in my ebay store!

The Silver Series PhatShaft is our latest effort to achieve perfection. Much like the Super PhatShaft it was designed to handle multiple fueling upgrades and comes in three sizes 62mm 64mm, and 66mm. What separates the Silver Series PhatShaft from the Super PhatShaft is our new technology 74mm turbine wheel. To improve on the Super PhatShaft turbos we needed improve performance at a lower rpm range and we needed to reduce compressor surge. The solution is the 74mm turbine which is the latest in turbine trim design technology. The new trim design transfers exhaust gas energy more efficiently than any other turbine on the market. It also allows for better exhaust gas expulsion which results in lower EGTƒ??s and quicker rotor acceleration. The most important benefit of the 74 mm turbine wheel is that it gets rid of turbo surge and broadens the power range. All silver series turbo come with a 360 degree thrust bearing and an appealing polished compressor housing. The Silver series utilizes the proven 14cm exhaust housing with a modified exhaust nozzle. We maximize the wastegate ports in the 14cm housing by enlarging the diameter. The turbine housing wastegate cover it custom build to allow full wastegate travel. Like all PhatShaft turbochargers they are equipped with dual grooved high performance bearings and an adjustable boost elbow. Our Sliver series turbochargers have been proven to support up to 800hp and are the best turbochargers on the market today.

It comes equipped with an extended tip 62mm compressor wheel. What separates the Silver 62 from the Super PhatShaft 62 is the 74mm turbine wheel. Itƒ??s outfitted with a polished compressor housing and 360 degree thrust bearing. The Silver 62 uses a 14 cm exhaust housing in which we modify the angle of the exhaust nozzle, maximize the wastegate ports, and enlarge the wastegate chamber for full wastegate travel.
