By the time you get them thy tend to be very expensive! save yourself some time and money and buy close to factory direct! ~Isaac

USFD Diesel Performance 6.4 Liter Ford injectors are engineered to give you optimum power and Great fuel mileage. With the average 6.4 injector needing rebuild at around 125K, why not add some extra power at the same time. New and remanufactured injectors are available. Whether you tow or Hot Rod your truck, USAFD Injectors are the answer to reliable power.


These injectors will give you about 75-100 horsepower at the wheels. You can use these with a stock turbo and even on a completly stock truck. If you install these injectors and you already have a chip or downloader you will not get the full advertised horsepower. You will likely get closer to 75hp. In most cases mileage will increase 1-2 mpg and sometimes even more depending on the condition of your current injectors. Please allow some time for the excitement to wear off before calculating mileage.

NOTE: New injectors usually last 2x longer than most re-mans!!! This is because a new injector is completely NEW from the factory, whereas re-mans many times re-use as many parts as possible to save on the cost of building them. So for a few extra dollars I think these are more than worth it. Just the savings on paying someone to pull the re-man injectors in and out is more than worth the extra money for the NEW INJECTORS!

The only re-man injector that is okay is Factory Re-man by the manufactures themselves, not " Dealer re-mans"!! The shops that re-man them outside of the factory have, for the most part, much higher failure rates!
